Specular Microscope

The corneal endothelium cell acts to maintain corneal transparency.
Ifthe endothelium is hurt badly, the number of cells will decrease which will cause a cloudy cornea.
It will also make it unable to perform an eye surgery when necessary.
In our clinic, an instrument called a Specular Microscope will examine the corneal endothelium.
